What is Good Self-Leadership?
It’s easier to answer that question by illustrating the affect of poor self leadership.
Poor self-leadership is what caused my marriage to fail when my business was succeeding, my health to collapse when my marriage was at its best, my leadership of others to lose integrity when I was having fun and what caused me to live 20 years of my life fighting against my own soul.
Now, as a personal and corporate change agent I see poor self-leadership as what causes: stress, depression, anger, poor commitment, low moral, conflict, break downs in communication and personal imbalance.
However, it’s in the life of the entrepreneurial individual where poor self leadership really has the most devastating impact: lost balance, family breakdown, youth rebellion, health problems and of course business management failure.
